The Heat is On!

Kevin called me to watch what he was doing on the trampoline.  He had set up buckets of water,

 then jumped.

After lunch, we went to the pool.  The water was freezing cold until you got into it.  Then, when you got out, the air was freezing cold.  Brrrrrrr either way!   Kevin had great fun.  He did a perfect "horizontal" dive in 5' water.  I tried to get a video of it to send to Mommy and Daddy, but he did not do a perfect one again.  We did send Mom and Dad a swimming photo, but they may have already been on the plane to Europe by then.

 We made a stop at the adjoining playground before leaving the pool.  This fireman's pole is especially HIGH!!!  A little scary, but he navigated down and up it. 

We talked about time and reading the face clock at the pool and where the hands would be when we had to leave the pool. 

We saw more houses late afternoon including a condo which we could not get into on Sunday.  The condo could work for me, but is not the perfect place I was hoping to find.  The houses are becoming blurred.  Not sure what we saw except that nothing worked for me.  Kevin is being remarkably patient and good about all this house hunting!!!

For dinner, Uncle Greg took us to Catfish Grill way out in the country, a popular place.  It did have yummy food!  But I was FREEZING inside!!!!  Thank goodness, Kevin brought his doggie wrapped in his gankie!  He allowed Grandma to have the gankie, and I ordered a mug of hot water.  For me, it is so refreshing to step outside into the blazing heat!  Really!!!
